Carthage proudly revitalized Trinity Towers, an 83-unit senior affordable housing high-rise in Buffalo, NY, originally built in 1968. Through a successful RAD conversion to Project-Based Vouchers, the team recapitalized the property using Tax-Exempt Bonds, LIHTCs from NYSHFA, and a seller note from the original nonprofit owner.

This funding enabled major renovations, transforming both the units and common areas. Completed in December 2014, Trinity Towers is now expertly managed by CRM, offering seniors modern, comfortable, and affordable living.
